Capacity expansion requires actual effort and unique working space, not theory.
The Grounds is the first fully sustainable, fully resilient, human capacity development center - demonstrating what's possible when humans stabilize and expand their natural abilities across Nine Fields of human capacity through immersive, live participation.
The Grounds delivers what MAGNET schools traditionally provided: exceptional humans and facilities with demonstrated capacity. We take this proven methodology to a whole new level - doing it through private fellowship participation and the type of learning environment everyone wants but cannot get through institutional certification.
Membership pathways based on your capacity to PARTICIPATE:
GROUNDS MEMBERSHIP
Monthly subscription recommended for minimum 6 months to experience the complete fellowship cycle and knowledge of the Nine Fields. Minimum 3 months participation required.
If you don't receive exponential value from participation, cancel anytime after the minimum, effective end of billing period.

WHAT GROUNDS MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES:
You develop capacity across the Nine Fields through live participation with Stewards of The Resiliency Code.
When you participate in building real capacity - Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Creative, Connection, Vocation, Environment, Resources, Faith - that capacity becomes crisis-resilient naturally.
The physical infrastructure doesn't exist yet. You're developing your own capacity now while building The Grounds infrastructure together. Once it's built through participation, it too becomes a crisis-resilient sanctuary.
When you can't go home. When you need somewhere safe to go - you go to The Grounds.
ACTIVE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT:
Practitioner-led instruction - direct transmission from those who've built capacity in each Field (embodied reality, not theory)
Hands-on skill development - learn through real-world development of capacity in the Nine fields and as you progress, specific focus in aligned activities with your natural Vocational interests such as music, food systems, fitness, medical preparedness, regenerative systems, water quality, energy independence
Multi-Field expansion - intentional capacity building across all Nine Fields, not fragmented approaches
Real infrastructure access - work with actual systems such as power generation, water treatment, food production, construction, and communications.
Multi-generational participation - families build capacity together, elders teach skills, children learn through real work
Structured immersive participation - weekend intensives, week-long development sessions, seasonal training cycles
IN-PERSON TACTICAL MEETINGS:
Grounds Members meet monthly in-person (Golden Isles, GA area) for pre-construction tactical work:
When: First Saturday of each month, 9:00am
Where: Regular breakfast spot (location shared upon membership)
Duration: 90 minutes (counts as 1.5 hours toward annual 120-hour commitment)
Focus: Land acquisition progress, member cultivation, contractor relationships, permitting navigation, Founding Member Networking
Physical presence required. This is ground-game work building the first location. Virtual attendance available only by exception (traveling, emergency).
Coffee, breakfast, tactical problem-solving. Members who show up here are the ones building what gets built.

3. FOUNDING MEMBER ($15K/year + multi-Field participation)
Perpetual name recognition in Grounds project commemoration and communication
Strategic capacity development influence - shape how The Grounds serves through facilities optimization, training environments, multi-Field areas of focus, skills workshops, year-round expansion
Strategic input on additional Grounds locations - domestic priority, international expansion in scope (Canada, Alaska, Caribbean, etc.)
Leadership capacity development through stewardship and strategic participation
Land acquisition collaboration, contractor relationships, permitting navigation, funding coordination
240 hours/year multi-Field participation (20 hours/month average)
3-5 year commitment
Advanced grounds access naturally available: extended participation at non-home Grounds locations as network expands
BE A PART OF BUILDING SOMETHING THAT'S NEVER EXISTED
The Grounds, located in or near the Golden Isles of GA, is the first planned location. It doesn't exist yet - we're building it together.
The model:
MAGNET schools produce exceptional students through specialized, rigorous education. The Grounds takes this a step farther: to produce exceptionally capable humans through comprehensive capacity development across all Nine Fields.
Traditional education fragments humans into specialists. We build structurally sound generalists with deep capacity to then become leaders in their Field.
Timeline reality:
18-24 months to meaningful construction start of the first capacity development center, but rapid completion after that (several months, not years)
Land acquisition, permitting, contractor coordination through existing systems
First location is hardest - proves the model, establishes supplier relationships, trains first stewards
Each subsequent location gets exponentially faster (standardized specs, known processes, proven architecture)
You're becoming a member to BUILD, not to access finished product.
Subscriptions to participate maintain flexibility during proof-of-concept phase. Spring 2026 evaluation checkpoint will assess whether the model has reached critical mass. Transparent communication throughout - you're building this in collaboration with the Institute's larger mission, not buying finished product.
Grounds Members and Founding Members are the builders who prove collapse is optional. Once the first capacity development center demonstrates the architecture works, scale-out will accelerate.
Early members = founding the model that replicates everywhere.
