Grounds Members meet monthly for pre-construction tactical work:
When: First Saturday of each month, 9:00am
Where: Regular breakfast spot in Golden Isles GA area (location shared upon membership)
Duration: 90 minutes (counts as 1.5 hours toward annual 120-hour commitment)
Focus: Land acquisition progress, member cultivation, contractor relationships, permitting navigation, Founding Member Networking
Physical presence required. This is ground-game work building the first location.
Virtual attendance available only by exception (traveling, emergency).
Members who show up here are the ones building what gets built.
