All members engage as peers in fellowship, each at their own unique position along THE RESILIENT PATH. No advancement requirements, no mentorship hierarchy, no levels to "earn." Just individuals supporting each other's journey while maintaining their own Sovran standing.

Fellowship participation aligns with your capacity and calling. Some Fellows contribute time, others resources, others skills: all according to their individual path and circumstances. The fellowship thrives through authentic contribution, not obligatory payment. Each Fellow contributes according to their authentic capacity.  The reality is however, that tangible resources move the needle.
