Every week, we gather to steward The Resiliency Code across the Nine Fields of Sovran Wellth - not as concept, but as embodied practice as each of us travels our own RESILIENT PATH.

This is peer fellowship guided by ministry and stewardship of shared structure.

A 508(c)(1)(A) religious and educational ministry providing weekly gathering space for those learning to build systems which sustain life rather than collapse it.

Duration: Varies depending on the topic and amount of fellowship engagement

What Happens:

• Understanding of the Fields and capacity - how they affect every aspect of our lives

• Exploration of ways The Resiliency Code Operating System reveals this dynamic at work every day, in every moment of our lives

• Real examples of navigating this dynamic

• Collaborative problem-solving across multiple perspectives where possible

• Real-world assessment (where human capacity exists vs where extraction of human capacity operates)

• Accountability without shame

What We Steward:

The Resiliency Code (PAUSE. PREPARE. PARTICIPATE.) applied across Nine Fields of life (Sovran Wellth).  This is the Operating System.  You bring your self-interest. We show you examples and methods on how to balance it with consideration.

By joining, you affirm:

     purposes - the value of Fellowship is in live participation and peer engagement, not restricted access

✓ You may participate with camera/audio off if you prefer, but know that video-on presence strengthens the field

Participation Requirements: 

• Read "THE GENERATIONS GRAND CANYON: Building the Bridge that Doesn't Exist" - establishes the self-interest/consideration foundation for all fellowship work (PDF available for download HERE)

• Show up present (no multitasking)

• Honesty about your actual state (no performance)

• Respect confidentiality and this sacred ministry container

• Be willing to be challenged on blind spots

What Ministry Provides:

• Weekly gathering facilitation

What Ministry Does NOT Provide:

• Professional services of any kind

• Guaranteed outcomes

• Solutions to your problems (we provide architecture; you do the building)

• Rescue or external validation

Privacy & Information Use:

We collect your name, email, and payment information solely to facilitate ministry participation and membership administration.

Your information is:

• Never sold or shared with third parties

• Not used for marketing purposes

• Processed securely through Stripe for payments

• Used only for fellowship coordination and member communication

Ministry Recordings:

Ministry sessions are recorded and published on Sovran Signal (YouTube) as part of SSI's 508(c)(1)(A) educational mission. The integrity of Fellowship comes from live participation standards, peer engagement, and capacity building - not from publication restrictions.

Personal experiences shared during Open Field Discussion are respected as confidential within the fellowship container. While teaching segments are published, Fellows' private disclosures remain protected through ministry confidentiality principles.

What Fellowship Provides:

• Weekly interactive ministry and Field exploration (Zoom, anywhere with stable internet)

• Personal capacity expansion across all Nine Fields through lived application

• Peer collaboration among builders

What Building Requires:

• Capacity-based contribution (time, attention, experience)

• Financial support according to your capacity - no one is excluded from fellowship for inability to contribute

Tangible infrastructure happens through contribution. If you have financial capacity, use it. If you don't, contribute in other ways where possible.
