The Weekly Signal is a live, ad hoc gathering -- in person or online every week -- where SSI members engage The Resiliency Code Operating System against what is actually happening in their lives, their work, and the world around them.

No fixed agenda. 

No performance. 

The Signal forms around real capacity and real need -- which is the only honest basis for any gathering worth attending.

What happens:

Members bring their self-interest -- the actual pressures, decisions, and dynamics present in their Nine Fields -- and the group applies structural lens to what others cannot see from inside their own situation. The Resiliency Code Operating System reveals what is extracting capacity, what is sustaining it, and what the next move is from a position of clarity rather than reaction.

Show up present. No multitasking. Honesty about your actual state -- no performance. Respect confidentiality and the integrity of this container. Be willing to challenge yourself on blind spots.

What Fellowship Provides:

The Weekly Signal -- live, ad hoc engagement with The Resiliency Code Operating System across your Nine Fields every week. The full TRC architecture and its application to real Field conditions. Peer fellowship among young adult leaders, mentors, entrepreneurs, business owners and public service providers doing the same work. A container for authentic engagement without rescue dynamics.

What Fellowship Does NOT Provide:

Professional services of any kind. Guaranteed outcomes. Solutions to your problems -- we provide architecture; you do the building. Rescue or external validation.

Privacy & Information Use:

We collect your name, email, and payment information solely to facilitate fellowship participation and membership administration. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, not used for marketing purposes, processed securely through Stripe, and used only for fellowship coordination and member communication.

Fellowship Recordings:

Selected Field experiences are recorded and published on Sovran Signal (YouTube) as part of SSI's 508(c)(1)(A) educational and religious mission. The integrity of Fellowship comes from live participation, peer engagement, and capacity building -- not from publication restrictions. Personal experiences shared during any Open Field Discussion are to be respected as confidential within the fellowship container.

CONTRIBUTION

The institute's mission is sustained by the real consideration contribution of its members. There are no published membership tiers, no public pricing, and no contribution comparison between members. Consideration in the form of your Field(s) contribution is a sovran decision -- made privately, based on the value you receive which supports you -- and where applicable, your family's self-interest.

Field(s) contribution = 

Faith: Your unspoken, un-audited commitment.  Your capacity expansion and the future capacity expansion you receive are directly proportional to your innate, natural desire to participate.

Resources: your time, your money, and/or tangible things which advance the mission.

Physical: your labor, skill, and physical presence applied directly to what the mission requires -- the building, the doing, the showing up with your hands and body ready to work. What physical capacity produces cannot be fully replaced by any financial contribution. It is the most direct form of consideration available and the one most immediately visible in what gets built.

Creative: your capacity to engage real problems with your natural gifts -- bringing what others cannot see from inside their own situation and generating solutions that would not exist without your particular lens. The consideration dynamic here is direct: the member who brings a real problem receives real structural engagement from the fellowship in return. Creative contribution is never one-directional.

Intellectual: your lens on the world is uniquely valuable - providing perspective that otherwise would not be realized by the fellowship.

Emotional: your regulated presence -- the capacity to engage authentically without collapsing into reaction, rescue, or withdrawal. A member who holds their own Emotional Field steady creates the conditions in which others can do their own work without performance or pretense. This is not emotional labor in service of others. It is the disciplined capacity to remain present and clear -- which is itself a contribution the fellowship depends on.

Connection: the relationships you carry into the fellowship -- each one committed to their own capacity expansion. A member whose network reflects genuine alignment expands what the fellowship can reach and what each individual member can convert from potential into real value. Right relationship compounds that value. It does not merely add.

Vocation: your skills, expertise, and vocational gifts applied in service of what the mission needs to grow -- what you've built through your working life is a direct Field contribution when offered toward advancing the mission's reach and systems development.

Environment: the spaces you steward, the access you provide, and the physical conditions you create for the fellowship to do its work -- an offered space or environment is a direct Field contribution that makes real engagement possible where it otherwise would not be.

Sovran Systems Institute membership is available for individuals, couples, and families.

Individual membership covers one person's full participation in The Weekly Signal and all fellowship engagement.

Couple membership covers two partners participating actively -- both affirm the fellowship guidelines and both engage the work.

Family membership covers the household as a unit -- regardless of size. The value delivered to a family engaging TRC together compounds across generations in ways that individual membership math cannot capture. The epigenetic consequences of structural restoration in one generation extend forward across the next two or three. Family membership is the highest-leverage contribution available within SSI Fellowship.

Fellowship requires a minimum contribution at joining -- the first act of consideration toward a mission you've determined is worth your engagement. What you contribute beyond that minimum is yours to determine, privately, based on the value you receive and the capacity you choose to contribute beyond the minimum to advance the mission further.

Tangible mission advancement in the form of member capacity expansion and new sustainable systems development happens through contribution. If you have financial capacity, use it. If you don't, contribute in other ways where possible. 

The minimum contribution reflects a level at which any working adult with stable capacity can participate. If meeting it isn't possible right now, that's ok.  That's your signal that you have capacity extraction in your Fields which must be addressed before they can be expanded. That's some of the most useful information you'll ever receive in your life -- it means the stabilization work comes first. You cannot expand your capacity on an unstable Field(s) foundation.  When that foundation is in place, membership is here for you.

Leadership Capacity Academy

The Leadership Capacity Academy is a separate, tuition-based formation program for those families having young adults called to build institutional and organizational capacity through The Resiliency Code Operating System. Admission requires a 6-week paid summer Field Residency prior to acceptance.
